It is an old proposition that successfull organization activity depends on employees competece and motivation. In the last ten years some problems related to employees motivation and behaviour in work place emerged in Lithuania. Social and economical alterations make a huge influence on companies. Traditional models of activity are changing, so if companies want to keep the job effective, it is obviuos to have to correct motivational system.
The subject of the thesis is „Increasing employees motivation in company AB Lietuvos energija”. The subject is relevant, because personnel management and employees motivation are underlying objects in company. The improvement of motivation and detection of the most important motivational factors, will help to certain productive and successful job in organization, efficiency and decrease the loss of young and talented specialists. The aim of the work is to provide suggestions how to increase employees motivation in company AB “Lietuvos energija”. Tasks of the work are:
1. To analize company‘s AB „Lietuvos energija“ internal and external environment.
2. To analize the current employees motivation and job satisfaction.
3. To perform empirical survey and evaluate which motivational factors are the most most important to employees.
4. To analize results of the survey and regarding theoretical literature provide interpretation of received results.
5. To provide reasonal managed suggestions for increase of employees motivation.
