For the defective parts (lid lock) 11 sets that you received from TTC, these parts are the claim sets that we just received from our TASS which we have not investigation.
For the reason, if we need the fast service to the customers satisfaction, sometime we have to trust them in the checking method.
Thus, TTC need to support TASS by provide the good parts (lid lock) for them to clear case when the customers complaint.
In addition, they will not return us for the defective parts immediately because they will collect a lot of parts and send us by monthly which we not able to checking at that time.
If it possible, could you please provide me for the service instruction about how to checking and repair lid lock of DC1300WT?
Anyway, we will checking the real symptom as you requested and inform you later.
