The Kuhl's creek frog or large-headed frog (Limnonectes kuhlii) is a species of frog in the Dicroglossidae family. The nominal species has a broad distribution in Northeast India (Assam) and Southeast Asia, but this almost certainly represents more than one species;[1][2] Limnonectes fujianensis of southeastern China and Taiwan has already been separated as an independent species. The type locality of L. kuhlii is Java, and it is the only area where the species occurs with certainty.[2]
