Dear Ying,
· We have no idea how long it will take for the ground to dry, as I have previously advised you, there was severe weather last week, plus it rained all weekend. Looking at the weather forecast on google, it says 2 days no rain, and then more rain.
I just spoke to the transport company to see if they could advise, and they too are unsure.
They did tell me something new, that Ryan cut down trees on his property whilst the truck was there, so the truck could access his property and drop the container where he advised them to leave it for loading.
· Literally no company will give me a quote, when I explain what has happened, and what I require them to do for us, and where Ryan’s property is, their very first reply is, “well if they got stuck, then we would get stuck too”.
The only person at this stage, that possibly knows someone to help move the container is Ryan the shipper, and he has decided to stop all communication with us.
· We cannot reduce the costs any further.
Can you pls ask the consignee to assist us with answers from Ryan.
· We need to know if Ryan has managed to move the container?
· If we attempt to collect the container tomorrow, is it where the transport company to drop it off?
· Is the container is going to be empty or packed?
