6.3) During your probationary period (119 days) You should give a resignation letter to line manager not less than one month in advance. During probationary period (119 days), if you are not pass probation period, the company will not pay you the severance pay and not pay the advance notice.
6.4) During being permanent Employee of the Company, should you wish to resign, you must inform your resignation to the Company not less than 1 month in advance.
6.5) Should you abandon your duty for more than 3 working days consecutively without neither notice of reason nor conduct serious offense, etc., the Company shall immediately terminate your employment without any compensation payment whatsoever. This shall be in accordance with the applicable law or notification of Ministry of Interior regarding Labor Protection.
6.6) Should you desert your work or resign from the Company without proper job assignment to the authorized person, you must be liable to compensate all damage cost to the Company, if any.
6.7) The Company is entitled to transfer, appoint, revoke or assign you to work in any other duty or position with other companies in Group or any branch office of the Company both in Bangkok Metropolis and provincial as deemed appropriate.
6.8) Should you agree with all above conditions, have read and acknowledged all Working Rules and Regulations of the Company and agreed to comply with them, please sign your name below and return this Agreement to the Company for keeping as evidence.
