The study of organization behaviour encourages this reflective approach through consideration of the totality of the organization and the impact of organization membership on individuals. The multidisciplinary approach to organizations also encourages the development of a multifaceted understanding of the complexity of organizational life, and the subtleties required of organizational commentators and practitioners. The fact that individuals perceive organizational behaviour and organizations from different starting points and perspectives means that it is unwise to assume that all organization members see things in the same way. They are unlikely, therefore, to identify the same issues as problems; nor are they likely to have the same solutions to problem once agreed upon.
