Determine and manage a budget in order to meet objectives as well as commitment to the expansion and success of the business
Responsible for all of HR and administration functions such as recruitment, training, compensation and benefits, performance management system, Overtime - Payroll calculation, organization activities and etc.
Support German VISA & Work Permit process
Coordinate with head office to develop employees and ensure that they get the appropriate support
Develop and maintain effective relationships with the employee in branch through rule and regulation of company.
Analyze all administrative issue and keep them in a monthly statistical record
