Job Description:
• Handle general administration and travel arrangements (Invitation letter, Passport, VISA, Accommodation)
• Manage various Employee Relations processes and facilitate positive employee relations environment.
• Trains new employees orientation and shop floor on the job training
• To help those HR activities with assigned by superior and follow company regulation
• Perform others tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in any fields
• Female, age between 22 years up and computer literate in MS Office
• Good English communication skills, verbal,written
• Good interpersonal skills
• Initiative and self motivation
• Good service mind
