There were principal four customer complaints recorded in the system; problems caused by suppliers; however, corrective & preventive action and improvement were directly taken by the MD. On the other hand, various customer complaints were recorded by the customer service department according to the excel service data (year 2015: Laser cutting machines = 27 times and CNC cutting machines = 345 times). Corrective & preventive action was taken as the organization’s style but it was not effective according to a number of recurrence problems
