We got a few complaints from Fuji.Xerox about claim service turn around time.
The messenger actually delivered the document to Bupa in the morning but the document was sitting at the operator and the maid carried the document to claims depth after two PM. If after two PM, it's over the cutoff date and claims will be processed on the following working day.
Can you please ensure that HR team members on duty at the front desk manages to get all claims received before 2pm to be sent to Claims depth by 2pm
i prefer that you set at least two schedules per day
1. By 11am
2. By 2pm
your coop would contribute a lot for us to achieve the member satisfaction especially key Corp customers
