1. Conduct Internal Quality System audits (ISO system).
2. Perform Quality document control system.
3. Report to QMR on the performance of the Quality System including needs for improvement.
4. To review quality work procedure and work instruction by regularly manner base on written.
5. To create validation plan and cooperate with relevant function.
6. Follow up and reporting for product and process quality compliance to the team.7.
7. To make sure of any deviation has been analyzed and lead to the better solution to solve for the next validation.
8. Report the actions plan to customer when a quality issue has been raised.
9. Lead the teams to come up with the solution of each complaint.
10. Summarize the action plan report and feedback to customer.
11. Coordinate with production department and related sections in the resolution of quality problems and in analyzing these problems for continuous improvement.
12. To ensure that the material on hand is conforming and no quality impact to production.
13. To support production and coordinate with process engineer to validation/test when production feedback of poor quality material.
14. Contacting to supplier or Essilor group procurement to proceed claim and improvement action.
15. Prepare and update the qualification order by daily report with traceability of lead time and yield.
16. Good communicator and able to motivate the people in the organisation.
17. Cascade information to all related departments and closely communicate with shop floor staff.
18. Improve corrective action and administer special projects in line with customer expectation.
19.Undertake other duties as appropriate within his/her competence, as required by manager from time to time.
