The main focus of the research will be concentrated on finding answers to the following questions: 1- What are the main factors (dimensions) that can be used to measure airline service quality? 2- What is the nature of the relationship between: " airline service quality and passenger satisfaction. " airline service quality and passenger loyalty. " passenger satisfaction and passenger loyalty. 3- What influence does the quality of airline services have on passenger satisfaction and loyalty?. 4- Do passengers from different demographic categories: " view airline service quality differently? " differ in their degree of loyalty toward a specific airline?
