I have provided my bank statement details which clearly shows my bank have NOT charged me the fee.

In addition to this we arrived at the hotel last night to be told that our booking was for a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment (see note attached).
The hotel told me this was an error from your end not theirs, I have paid for a 2 b 2b, and that I need to claim reimbursement through you.
The hotel was fully booked & they could not find me another room. I am so angry!!! I expect direct credit back to my account. I will NOT be using direct rooms again, I certainly won't be recommending & I WILL be warning people about your poor & dishonest service when writing reviews.
