Dear Colleagues,
As you may perhaps aware, there’s a bunch of furniture left in your ex-office. The number of the left-over items is huge comparing to the storage space we have.
In this regard, I would appreciate it if you could devote your valuable time to investigate/identify the left-over furniture/stuffs and list them in the inventory form attached herewith. Kindly note the furniture will be divided into two groups:
A) To be kept
B) To be disposed
Please come to see me to collect label to stick on furniture.
Inventory list submission deadline is COB, Monday 8 September. Any submission after the deadline is not accepted and the stuff will be left unattended.
