I have worked on this environment and found I cannot get my email connected and cannot push the certificate and EIM app.
To start with a clean base, I have revert it back to baseline again, please do a fresh install for BES12 3.7.3.
1. Fresh load OS ( so we have clean folders)
2. point device to STR( the test relay, through BDT tools)
3. Activate the device,
4. Apply Email profile, and check email works
5. push the EIM Cisco client, check the client can be launched.
