An indigenous Nigeria company, B & T Ventures, Ibadan, in collaboration with the cassava project at IITA, has designed and created a pelleting machine that can produce three different types of cassava pellets: hard, soft, and floating. The hard pellets are used for feeding poultry, the soft ones for feeding ruminants, and the floating ones for feeding fish.
