The fungal strain of Colletotrichum sp. initially isolated from
Curcuma bract was stored at 4 °C and was then routinely subcultured
onto potato dextrose agar (PDA). Conidial induction of
Colletotrichum was performed in nutrient yeast dextrose agar
(NYDA) media. All other bacterial strains were cultured on
slants of Luria–Bertani (LB) at 4 °C for further study
