Dear Sir or Madam.
I am writing to complain about the leather jacket I bought from your company last week. I found your offer very tempting, but it was not the bargain I expected it to be.
I was very surprised to find that I did not receive the long black leather jacket that was shown in the advertisement, but that you had sent me a short brown jacket. I would like to hear your explanation for tricking your customers like this.
Unfortunately, I cannot afford to spend money on expensive things that I don‘t want. I could easily have found a jacket like the one you sent me in stores, and it would have been cheaper too!. Could you please make arrangements to refund my money or give me a replacement jacket? I would appreciate a prompt reply.
Sincerely,
John Smith
