Lately I have a lot of problems bless with your internet. It happens all the time that I cannot use the Internet for an hour or longer. Yesterday I did not have signal the whole evening and tonight the signal stopped at about half past six.
For me that means that I don't have television also because I get my signal from the Internet.
We called customer service a couple of times and the advise is then to unplug for half an hour, but that does not work.
Please inform me what you are going to do about this problem, and well as soon as possible. I have paid for the strongest signal but get nothing in return.
