1. TUK (SG) presented the summary of the Survey Report presentation as attached. TUK (SG) reflected that the objective of survey was to assess and document the layout and dimensions of the ships, to assess the material condition of the principle areas/system to be reworked and/or replaced. The Survey Team comprised representatives from TUK, Thales Germany, Sperry Marine, Rolls Royce MTU and Marsun.

2. TUK (SG) demonstrated the nature of information gathered from the Survey including dimension, photographs, ships data including drawings, and a demonstration of captured 360° Video footage.

3. As a result of the Survey TUK (SG) reflected that TUK had already started to use the information and dimensions obtained to develop initial design concepts. A scale concept of the CIC was presented. RTN raised a concern that the CIC seating positions faced “AFT” not “FWD”. TUK (SG) reflected that the layout of the CIC would have to face AFT as there was not sufficient space on the FWD wall of the CIC to locate the consoles due to the presence of the door.
RTN later agreed that the CIC Consoles could be installed facing AFT.

4. In summarising the findings of the Survey, TUK (SG) reflected on a number of recommendations for consideration by the RTN associated with the:
- Decompression (Hyperbaric) Chamber
- Communication System
- MCS/RCS

5. Decompression (Hyperbaric) Chamber.
TUK (SG) reflected that communications with the manufacturer of the Chamber following the survey highlighted that the Chamber was not “self-contained” as was the understanding during the survey. The communications reflect that the chamber would need:
- Chiller Unit (Advance Cool Technology Co.Ltd, Model AX 1.2A (Air Cool).
- Air Compressor (Bauer Kompressoren Mariner 320E)
- 16 off Air & Oxygen Bottles mounted in Bottle Rack (2 off).
- Electrical Supplies (220VDC & 24VDC tbc).
- Water Supply (for Chiller).
TUK (SG) reflected this was not within current scope of activities for the Bang Rachan Project. ACTION: TUK to write to RTN to formally request the technical details of the Decompression Chamber.

6. Decompression (Hyperbaric) Chamber.
The RTN stated that the (GFE supplied) Decompression Chamber will be installed (temporarily) for the pre-upgrade signature ranging, however TUS (DE) stated that this would not be the ‘as built’ baseline to be measured. Discussions concluded with the requirement to conduct two rangings pre-upgrade with and without the Decompression Camber installed and potentially again pre-sailing.
It was subsequently agreed that the “Baseline” for the Signature performance would be the Pre and post ranging runs which
