Complete as many rounds as possible of conditioning group A in 20 minutes. Rest 5 minutes and perform all 50 reps of B1 as a finisher.
A1: Barbell Deadlift – Max rounds x 20 reps
A2: Explosive Alternating Kettlebell Push Up – Max Rounds x 10 reps
A3: Kettlebell Figure 8 – Max Rounds x 10 reps
B1: Kettlebell Mountain Climber Deadlift – 1 round x 50 reps
