There are many ways a person can train for martial arts agility. You could do line drills or sparring maybe a few rounds of shadow boxing. What about an obstacle course, which is great fun and a great workout that definitely works on your agility. There is even SAQ or speed, agility, and quickness training. They all have their benefits; only one that I can think of is holistic in nature that is it utilizes mind, body, and spirit to perform. It has a few names, some call it free running, but to properly address its called Parkour, one thing is for sure you could easily classify it as martial arts agility training.
