What a facilitator should do?
• Prepare thoroughly before the briefing.
• Organize the briefing layout, ensuring everyone can hear and see the
facilitator equally.
• Check staff image about uniform, shoes, make up, hair style.
• Get everyone’s involvements in role play, game and discussion .
• Provide feedbacks/advices to each practice.
• Debrief with the key and important contents .
• Precisely control the time in 15 mins. Finish 5 mins earlier to get ready
for welcoming customers.
• Everyone in structure (HR, DT, area coordinator, etc.) should join the
briefing, and provide feedback if necessary.
How a facilitator should do?
• Demonstrate in a motivational and enthusiastic tone of voice and body
language.
• Build the communication within the participants.
• Encourage every individual’s idea.
• Listen and respond with understanding
• Maintain a vigorous, open and fun ambiance.
• More practice more information would be accepted and remembered.
