The liver shows normal size ,shape and parenchymal echo.
No space occupying lesion, surface nodularity or dilated IHBD is seen.
The gallbladder contains multiple tiny stones.
No thick wall or bile sludge. No sonographic Murphey's sign.
Normal calibre of CBD is noted.
Head/ body of pancreas and spleen appear normal.
Bilateral kidneys are of normal size without definitely thin or echogenic cortex.
IMPRESSION:
Multiple tiny gallstones without cholecystitis or biliary obstruction.
