At this moment in time, the documents are incomplete and there are various missing signatures plus, there is no certificate of the notary or copy of their passport.
In light of this, the plan for next week is that we see you on the Wednesday to sign all new and fresh documents. We will not be able to Mortgage on the Thursday and therefore, you will only be able to purchase the property at the land department with your own cash outright. Once we have seen you and signed all relevant paperwork on Wednesday, we shall plan a date to Mortgage in October and deposit the cheques onto your bank account in your absence.
I would suggest as a matter of urgency and in order for you to ensure you do not miss out on this Condo, that you speak/liase direct with Khun Oraon at CBRE Thailand who is handling your case to make relevant payments.
Furthermore, the Spouse Consent to Borrow forms are incomplete and in one instance, Aziz has signed for both himself and his wife so these will also need to be reissued.
Rest assured, both loans have been approved and we can Mortgage, it is simply that with incomplete documents and both of you only able to make it to Thailand 1 day before Mortgage, it is not possible to complete the transaction as required in such a short timeline.
Again, if you are serious to ensure you don't miss out on this Condo or lose any deposit, I would suggest you to speak and liase with Khun Oraon for final stages.
