The equilibration time for the full evaporation of these two alcohol species from liquid phase was investigated at 105 °C, where 10 μL of wine sample was used. As shown in Fig. 2, the GC signals for both EtOH and MeOH in the FE HS-GC testing reach at the maximum values in a very short time (within two minutes). Therefore, we chose three minutes as the equilibration time in the following experiments.
