Thailand underscored its strategy plan to implement the BWM Convention that consists of 8 strategies as follows: (i) study information background to decide for improvement; (ii) method and measurement on BWM; (iii) strengthen the academic and research; (iv) monitoring BWM and its enforcement; (v) dissemination of knowledge and awareness; (vi) cooperation to support information; (vii) adjust measure for enforcements; and (viii) prepare resources needed including financial resources.
