Breadmaking is an incredibly satisfying and surprisingly easy skill to acquire... with the right guidance! In a 3 hour hands on class you will learn how to mix, shape and bake your own floury white rolls, wholemeal seeded loaf, soda bread & olive grissini, using recipes that can be easily recreated at home without any expensive kit!
You will also learn about yeasts, different flours and how they can be substituted to create different flavours, and leave with the confidence to experiment at home, in addition to
all the breads made in class, and recipes from the day!
Our classes are very informal but well structured, taught in small groups for maximum experience. There will be lots of hands on baking, overseen and demonstrated by the teacher. At the end of the class you will take home everything made entirely by yourself, in addition to recipes from the day.
