Reference is made to an instruction letter date April 05, 2015, instructing you to check in with me at 08.00 to start your shift, at 1200 before going on lunch, 13.00 when return from lunch, and 17.00 before you end your shift. You were further informed to report instruction despite a written notice. You have also abandoned your duty for three consecutive days without reasonable cause, causing damage and loss of revenue to the Company.
Your non-compliance of such instruction and abandonment duty are considered violations of TMT company’s work regulation and lawful order.
By this letter, the Company would like to notify you that, due to the above violation, your employment with TMT company shall be terminated effective from your receipt of this letter the company hereby reserves all rights to claim from you for any loss and damage caused from your violation.
