1) In case The Lessee has to leave the country or move from Bangkok to another province due to a new assignment requested by his Company.
2) In case The Lessee wishes to terminate the agreement before the expiration date.
This lease agreement can be terminated by The Lessee must given a Thirty (30) days advance notice in writing. The Lessor will calculate the rental in daily rate for last month of terminate agreement and will refund the full amount of security deposit 2 Months to the LESSEE’S COMPANY.after clear balanceof utilities fee.
