CEVA had a lease property at Bangna-trat km 26 with MS warehouse. Currently, we use the property as a tires warehouse. The building has been construct for more than 30 years. We had some doubts about the building that it might not be compliance with labour laws as attached (see page 26-27).
• Session 9, building that has space more than 300m2 must be equipped with a fire alarm system.
• Session 10, evacuation route must have enough light intensity including a lighting system with backup power to be able to light up in case of power failure.
The building has been built before the law has been legislate, in this case, we are not sure that the law will also be enforced to this building or not. Since you are an expertise in property, could you please give us some advises?
