4. It must provide information, which means that data should be complete from the point of
view of an analyst.
Measures and dimensions define an OLAP cube. Measures are based on one or more fact table
and the dimensions are based on one or more dimension tables. Dimensions are the attributes,
which are mapped to a column in the dimension tables.
