What are you going to do to cope with the bad economy?
Sales = What should be done to increase sales?
Employees = What should employees do to help the company?
Operations = What should be done to cut costs in running the company?
Payments = How will payments (salary, bonus, perks, etc…) be adjusted?
4. Everyone in the group needs to have enough speaking part.
5. The more you speak, the more points you’re going to get.
