Findings; The study reveals a well

Findings;
The study reveals a well-defined intramuscular mass, measuring about 4.2cm*3.2cm. in posterior part of the deltoid muscle. The mass has isointense SI on T1W,mixed intermediate-hyperintense SI on T2W and inhomogeneous moderate enhancement observed. Massive edematous change of the surrounding muscle fibers and hyperintense edema along the fascial planes are noted.
The rotator cuff muscles are preserved. Minimal bone marrow edema acromion process is noted. the humeral bone is intact.
The biceps tendon is intact. the glenohumeral joint is preserved.
Major Brachial and median neurovascular bundle is preserved.

CONCLUSION
Large intramuscular mass involved posterior deltoid muscle. Soft tissue sarcoma ; malignant Schwannoma, are in the ddx
