we stayed 3 nights from dec 29 2012. we had requested to stay at family floor (with connected rooms) and kids sanitary in early september as we are travelling with a little girl and grandma.
on our arrival at 1:30p.m. after being asked to wait at the lobby for 30 mins without any update, then we cant stop from asking the reception on the status, and only to realize that the rooms were not ready yet. and we were being told that they should be ok after 1.5 hour, so we went out for lunch as my kid was starving already.
on our return at 6:30p.m. we were very disappointed to be told by the not-so-nice receptionist that only 1 room is ready and other room is still under housekeeping. the supervisor later explained that the delay was due to 2 housekeeping staff were sicked and they dont have enough manpower to clean up the rooms. in fact we were not very convinced for the explaination as after all, it was already 6:30p.m. when we came back for the check-in. and the kids sanitary were also provided only upon our further request.
other that the above flaw with the check-in process, we have no hestitation to recommend this hotel as the room, food and location is nice! my girl enjoyed the time at the kids playroom!
