50 lM FeEDTA treatments. These results suggested that a mild Fedeficiency
would not degrade the antioxidant-related qualities in
spinach plants. It is interestingly to note that analysis of lipophilic
and hydrophilic antioxidant capacities may help to provide new insight
on the nutritional value of foods
