This hotel is in need of some updating,the krung thep wing is like stepping back into the 80's. For a 5* hotel you do not expect torn curtains & missing electrical switches. The biggest problem at this hotel is the breakfast service, the only word to use is 'Chaos'. I made a complaint to the manager regarding this which he was most apologetic and compensated us but the problem persisted every morning that I stayed here. I would not stay at this hotel again, there are much better hotels in Bangkok for less money.
