Dynamic characterization of solar cell
using intensity modulation transfer impedance spectroscopy
ABSTRACT
This paper proposes a new method to
determine dynamic parameters of solar
cells/modules by treating solar cells/modules
as a 2-port device. The input port is the
incident light input port with time varying
intensity. The output port is the electrical
load. Measurements are done on a X- Si
solar cell. The results found that the
measured and calculated values of transfer
impedance are in good agreement, as well as
solar cell capacitance.
