Support dealers and customers in term of technical solution (on site service is
probably required).
- Collaborate with the Hino factory, parts suppliers and other concerned
department to investigate the cause of problems or defects.
- Utilize Hino Diagnosis Program (DX & NGV) by using tools e.g. computer system.
- Able to create technical report or Quality Quick Report (QQR).
- Support Hino activities such as seminar, contest, special event, etc.
- Provide and monitor truck driving test on customer site
