Job Responsibilities :-
Dealer prospecting, candidate assessment, selection and appointment
Market Area Survey and Market Area Plan implementation
Facilities planning, corporate identity planning, budgeting and implementation
Dealer standard upgrading, development and measurement
Dealer franchise agreement administration
Dealer network competitive benchmarking
Business management development and economic model study and management
Conducts dealer’s meeting
Develops plans for the “Difference” program to become an everyday part of our Dealers operating plans
Coordinates all customers satisfaction activities both tractor sales and aftersales
Identifies the possibility of implement a Dealer Management System to enable the dealers achieve operational excellence
Carry out commercial activities in the market in cooperation with Sales, Marketing, and CS Divisions
Scan competitive activities, industry movement, and produce a quality market intelligence report on a regular basis
Support Dealers in developing and improving their tractor sales business in order to increase profitability and customer satisfaction
Advises and support the Dealer Network to improve their overall business performance and negotiate with Dealers to establish mutually beneficial business
Identifies training needs and direct business development activities for the sales of tractor and related equipment
Develops and monitor budgets, annual business and marketing plans and activities of the dealer network
Job Specification :-
Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Economics or related field is required.
Good knowledge in agricultural, industrial or heavy industry equipment businesses
Good understanding of local dealer agricultural business in Thailand market
At least 5 years working experience in managing dealers/distributors in Thailand market
Good knowledge of agricultural machinery (products) will be a strong advantage
Good knowledge of local dealers’ mindset and behavior in Thailand and understanding of dealer’s business model (major distribution channel, customer, financial information etc.) and able to analyze their strength and weakness
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal/written)
Good command of English and computer literacy
Able to communicate in Japanese will be an advantage
