program, the results here suggest that those who are competitive in an
undesirable way should get priority, since they are the ones who will benefit
most from such a program. These participants are those who fall either in the
low Kiasu-positive or high Kiasu-negative groups. The extent of possible
change in teamwork attitudes for these specific groups would be larger than
what might be possible from their counterparts in the high Kiasu-positive or
low Kiasu-negative groups.
