Method Stir-Fried Noodle Thai Korat style (Pad Mee Korat)
1. Warm the pan with medium heat after Add Sauce (in Package) and saute until aromatic.
2. Add sliced pork and cook until done. And add light soy sauce, black soy sauce
3. Add noodles and put them into the wok. Add 1 cup water. Stir-fry until the noodles absorb most of the sauce.
4. Add egg stir-fry cook until done and bean sprouts stir-fry another few minutes or until your vegetables are cooked but still a bit crunchy and
