• Supporting sales team and provide operation between the sales and the client.
• Able to support all sales documents department such as invoice or quotation or other necessary.
• Support executive with all secretarial requirements.
• Conduct administrative tasks including answer phone calls, co-ordination, office supply purchase, travel arrangements, office maintenance and tidiness.
• Prepare withholding tax to supplier and monthly expenditure report to outsource company
• Prepare, keep sales record & file company’s documents.
• Other administrative works assigned
