14. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand.
15. Settlement of Dispute
Any dispute arising out of this Agreement which cannot be resolved amicably between the Parties shall firstly be settled amicably upon consultation between the Parties hereto.
If the Parties cannot settle any dispute after such consultation, the Parties agree that the Civil Courts in Bangkok are to have jurisdiction to settle any disputes which may arise out of or in connection with this Agreement.
16. Export Control
No information received by the Party, whether or not subject to confidentiality under this Agreement, nor any portion thereof shall be exported or re-exported to any country, except in accordance with applicable export control laws and regulations of the related countries.
No information received by any Party, whether or not subject to confidentiality under this Agreement, nor any portion thereof shall be exported or re-exported to any other country except for the country where the head office of such Party is located, and in order to deliver the information to the other Party, both Parties shall comply with the applicable export control laws and regulations governing the subject matter.
In witness whereof, the Parties have caused this Agreement to be signed by their duly authorized representatives and each Party shall keep one original copy thereof.
