First of all, I have to apologize for this issue.
According to your information, initially we checked QC Record on 13-15/7/13 that QC line found check finish from production date on 13/7/13, in the afternoon. Then these jars were rejected by QC and automatically rejected by Inspection machine. The same time was packing process of the pallet no.79 - 99. But production date on 14 -15 /7/13 not found this defect. Anyway, we must analyze from the real defect samples for confirm and investigate root cause. Moreover, we will compare this defect samples with our defect limit samples (the challenge samples). Please kindly send the defective samples to us.
