12.In the case of a breach of any condition of the Agreement by the Hotels,or in the event that the Hotels use products other than the Products
Haadthip has the immediate right to terminate this agreement and all debts owing to Haadthip shall become immediately due and payable .
In such case,the Hotels are obliged to make immediate payment of all debts due to Haadthip under this agreement and the Hotels agee
to pay compensation to Haadthip in and amount of money equal to the amount of money that the Hotels have received from Haadthip according
to the marketing incentive payments paid or redeemed in other form under this agreement over the entire term of the agreement plus interest at the
rate if 7.5 % per annum as from the due date untill the full payment has been received by Haadthip

อัตราถ้า 7.5% ต่อปีนับ แต่วันที่ครบกำหนดจนกว่าการชำระเงินเต็มได้รับการตอบรับจาก Haadthip

12 . ในกรณีที่มีการละเมิดเงื่อนไขใด ๆของข้อตกลงโดยโรงแรม หรือในกรณีที่โรงแรมใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์อื่น ๆ กว่า ผลิตภัณฑ์haadthip ได้ทันทีเพื่อยุติข้อตกลงนี้และหนี้สินทั้งหมด เพราะจะกลายเป็น haadthip ทันทีเนื่องจาก และเจ้าหนี้ในกรณีเช่นนี้ โรงแรมมีหน้าที่ต้องชำระเงินทันทีของหนี้สินทั้งหมด เนื่องจาก haadthip ภายใต้ข้อตกลงนี้และโรงแรมเอจี่การจ่ายค่าชดเชยให้ haadthip และจำนวนเงินเท่ากับจำนวนเงินที่ได้รับจาก haadthip ตามโรงแรมเพื่อการตลาดจูงใจหรือเงินจ่ายแลกในรูปแบบอื่น ๆภายใต้ข้อตกลงนี้ในระยะทั้งหมดของข้อตกลงบวกกับผลประโยชน์ที่เท่ากันถ้า 7.5 % ต่อปี นับแต่วันครบกำหนดจนกว่าชำระเงินเต็มได้รับโดย haadthip
