Becoming a teacher is definitely about the students, but it's also about me and them. The satisfaction that get when i see the lights come on in a their eyes or the feeling when they says, "Thank you," make it all worthwhile. I offer added personal benefits such as summers off, holidays, career development opportunities, autonomy in the classroom, flexible schedules, versatility and more time with family due to afternoon dismissals. Perks shouldn't be the main reason for choosing a career in education, but I 'am already love working with children and have the skills it takes to be an effective educator, the added benefits may lead to long-term career satisfaction at Shichida. I will be a good a role model for them by exhibits positive character traits and teaches to them. In addition a loyal, kind, self-controlled, compassionate, forgiving, honest and trustworthy. By modeling a life of integrity, I show them how to resolve conflicts, express empathy and respond to situations responsibly. One of a my purposes is to instruct them in ethical behavior, discourage lying, cheating, stealing and bullying. I pretend to spend more time with my children and their parents after class to gave them some talk and discussion for a good relationships. I didn't become teachers for the money, though the pay is not bad. I choose this careers because the genuinely I love to play with child, like the way they act, and want to help they learn. furthermore, I also love this jobs after i stay here for a while. About brain. In general, the left and right hemispheres of our brain process information in different ways. While we have a natural tendency towards one way of thinking, the two sides of our brain work together in our everyday lives. The right brain of the brain focuses on the visual, and processes information in an intuitive and simultaneous way, looking first at the whole picture then the details. The focus of the left brain is verbal, processing information in an analytical and sequential way, looking first at the pieces then putting them together to get the whole. Left brain thinking is verbal and analytical. Right brain is non-verbal and intuitive, using pictures rather than words. The best illustration of this is to listen to people give directions. The left brain person will say something like “From here, go west three blocks and turn north on Vine Street. Go three or four miles and then turn east onto Broad Street.” The right brain person will sound something like this: “Turn right (pointing right), by the church over there (pointing again). ” Though right-brain or non-verbal thinking is often regarded as more creative, there is no right or wrong here; it is merely two different ways of thinking. One is not better than the other, just as being right-handed is not ‘superior’ to being left-handed. What is important is to be aware that there are different ways of thinking, and by knowing what your natural preference is, you can pay attention to your less dominant side to improve the same. By the age of 3 years old, Brain has reached almost 90 percent of its adult size. The growth in each region of the brain largely depends on receiving stimulation, which spurs activity in that region. This stimulation provides the foundation for learning. By learning through the systematic training approach at Shichida, children can fully realize their potential by activating both sides of their brain. By consciously using the right side of our brain, we can be more creative. More so , because left brain strategies are the ones used most often in the classroom, right brain students sometimes feel neglected.
About my teaching practices, I attach significant importance to communication and interactivity. During communicative activities the pupils are far from quiet. They do most of the speaking, and generally the atmosphere in classroom during the lesson is active. Because of the increased responsibility to participate, even the weakest students may find they gain confidence in using the target language they learn. Students are more responsible of their own learning. The way i do is talk less but listen more and interested what they do, what they say for understand them. An infant has incredible learning abilities. Even though an infant may not be able to display his/her learning abilities or potential, the cells in the brain are connecting fast for future brain usage. An infant should be given appropriate brain stimulation to bring out the innate human abilities such as: photographic memory, creativity, perfect pitch in music, multi-languages for language mastery and lightning rapid calculation abilities. Because, Though we recognize that the best period to work with children is when they are below six, we have seen some pretty remarkable results with older children as well.
