As long as I read below message, I understand OK driver(s) made mistake 2 times on same matter on 26 & 27-May’16 consecutively.
Received Q’ty of paper lids and Q’ty in document did not match.
You well know STL transportation is sub-contractor of SDCT in ROKI operation.
SDCT have the duty to control / take care sub-contractor well.
Relationship STL transportation and OK logistics is same too.
So I request you for report to SDCT on this matter.
I read below message and feel that we ( SDCT-STL) do not have a business-like strictness.
Normally everyone feel bad, in case we are ordered to make report about mistake.
If nothing feeling bad about mistake, no one will be serious about preventive for recurrence.
My officer was complained by customer 2 days consecutively.
Therefore I request you to make your subordinate “serious”
I inform you in advance, I will reject poor report. So please order your subordinate investigate well and consider well for preventive action.
If your subordinate is not good at writing English, Thai is OK.
