The second is Problem–focused Strategies are solution-focus to dealing with a situation that causes stress. The problem can solve it by reducing or eliminating the source of the stress as follows.
1. Active problem solving which refer to should manage systematic, finding alternatives and select the best alternative in the problem solving.
2. Seeking social support which refer to many people are afraid in seek help. If you can seek help from friends, family, coworkers, and neighbors. It is benefit with you and happiness more and also can help the good way for you.
3. Enhancing time management which refer to by using Time-management techniques as follows; choose your goals and plan activities the important before for the protect time important in the working efficiency more.
4. Improving self-control try to control which refer to try to control yourself, your emotion and not get angry easily.
5. Becoming more assertive which refer to you have self-confidence, trust yourself that you can do full ability to do things as best as you can.
The third is Emotion–focused Strategies are solution-focus to dealing the feelings associated with the stress. This can managing modifies the emotions stress as follows.
