Assisting in business planning to develop effective account strategies to position and identify business development opportunities by identifying customer needs, developing complex solutions for customers, obtaining customer commitment, and successfully implementing solution(s).
Engaging in monitoring and maintaining account relationships to ensure seamless integration of new business in order to meet the revenue and income objectives of UPS Capital Asia, while maintaining continued customer satisfaction.
Communicating information to and from an assigned sales team in a timely manner; prioritize competing work demands; identify, observe, and measure the performance knowledge, skills abilities and other characteristics of the sales team.
Working with various levels of the UPS Business Development Sales Team and cross other functions to generate connectivity with UPS Small Package and Freight Forwarding businesses by linking UPS Capital solutions together.
Works extensively with UPS Small Package and Freight Forwarding sales to bundle UPS Capital solution(s) into the overall UPS solution.
Conducting structure trade protection proposals, develop applications, issue proposals, submit transactions to internal and external trade protection markets, negotiate contracts, verify contract compliance, deal with regulatory issues, and manage trade protection documentation and other aspects relative to the binding process.
This position reports to the Business Development Manager who domiciles in Thailand.
Demonstrating expert knowledge in all aspects of the International Customized Declared Value (iCDV) (any other solutions adding to the suite of solutions) and strong general knowledge of all solutions offered by UPS Capital.
